What you'll own.
Team Leadership & Coaching
Lead the daily performance of the clinic support team, run one-on-ones, set clear expectations, close skill gaps, and step in alongside the team when coverage gets tight.
Day-to-Day Operations
Own patient flow, provider readiness, room turnover, and front-desk performance across five departments: chiropractic, functional medicine, regenerative medicine, IV and wellness, and nutrition.
Systems, Process & Procedures
Own the SOP library, lead process improvement projects start to finish, and build the checklists and workflows that keep patients from falling through the cracks.
Training & Staff Development
Deliver role-specific training, run ongoing coaching on systems and patient communication, and retrain when performance slips instead of waiting for a review cycle.
Goals, KPIs & Scorecards
Run scorecard meetings, track visits, retention, recalls, conversion, collections, and no-shows, and own whether the clinic hits its quarterly and annual targets.
Financial & Front-Desk Oversight
Monitor A/R and recurring billing, enforce cash-handling procedures, support budget prep, and manage vendors, supplies, and equipment service.
